Mafaldine Pasta

Our fresh egg Mafaldine has been carefully crafted by our Nomma chefs using Italian milled 00 wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and free-range eggs.
This frilly ribbon-like pasta is named after Princess Mafalda of Savoy, which is the reason why the pasta is also known as ‘reginette’, meaning ‘little queens’.
The beautiful pasta is perfectly shaped so that your sauce will cling to every strand.
