Our fresh egg radiatori has been carefully crafted by our Nomma chefs using Italian milled 00 wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and free-range eggs. The radiatori shape is thought to have originated in the mid-1900s. When many of the new pasta shapes were inspired by cars and mechanical engineering. The Italian word ‘radiatori” literally translates to ‘radiators’ in English. This beautiful shape truly represents the Italians’ love of both pasta and cars! With its ridged, shell-like form, radiatori is the perfect shape to capture any creamy or meaty sauce.
